The Microsoft Entra ID - Firstbase integration streamlines your onboarding, updating, and offboarding processes.
This guide will walk you through the steps to set up the integration. You'll need to connect using an Entra ID account created for an Admin user or a user specifically for this integration.
Follow the steps below to connect your account:
Integration Steps
1. Login to the Firstbase App and visit the "Integrations" Page
2. Find Microsoft Entra ID in the list of "Available Integrations" and click on it to start connecting to your Microsoft Entra ID account.
3. Verify Administrator Role
You must be an administrator of Microsoft Entra ID to link to Firstbase successfully. If you're an admin, click "I am an admin" to proceed.
4. Review Data Permissions
Review the types of data Firstbase can read:
- Employees
- Groups
Click "Next" to continue.
5. Enter your Microsoft Entra ID Tenant.
Enter the Microsoft Tenant ID from your Azure Active Directory account. To find your tenant ID:
- Go to your htts://portal.azure.com/#home
- Under Azure Services, select Microsoft Entra ID
- Under the Overview section, look for Basic Information
- Copy your Tenant ID.
6. Log in to Microsoft Entra ID to finish connecting your account
7. Confirm Integration
After successful authentication, you'll receive a confirmation that your Microsoft Entra ID account is now connected with Firstbase.
