Here's a summary of changes made as part of our September 2024 release:
1. Integration Improvements
We've made several changes to our integration systems with the intention of making integrations easier to configure, more robust, and easier to audit. We currently support integrations with 12+ different HRIS/ITSM systems including BambooHR, ADP, Workday, Okta, Rippling and ServiceNow.
Overall, the changes we've made included:
- Improved the way packages are mapped for onboarding integrations:
- You can now map your packages using multiple attributes. For example, using both country and department fields. Different operators also provide more flexible customization options.
- Added configurable options so you can include/exclude certain employees as part of integrations:
- You can now configure which employees you want to exclude, include in your integrations, using multiple attributes and operators. This allows you, for example, to configure options like "Only create full-time employees in UK and Mexico".
- Improved Integration Notifications
- We are now consolidating all HRIS integration actions in two emails (one for onboarding and one for offboarding) that go out once a day. This makes it easier to see who was onboarded/offboarded and if there was an error on any employee.
- Improved the connection flows so that it's easy to connect to each integration:
- The connection steps will now guide you through each piece of information you need to connect, whether it's OAuth, basic authentication or another method. This makes it easier to connect without errors and makes the setup smoother overall.
