Within the Orders tab of your Admin dashboard, you can easily monitor the progress of each order you have placed. These statuses display anything related to an outbound shipment to an end user (e.g. does not include inventory orders)
IMPORTANT: Order status are derived from the status of the individual order items that make up the order.
To access the item's status during an order:
- Log in to your account and click Orders and Returns on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
- You will see Orders as a selectable sub-section on this page
- Navigate to the order for the particular employee
- Click on the order, and the details will expand
What do the statuses mean?
Status Name | Description |
Awaiting Approval | Awaiting admin approval before order can be processed. |
Ordered | Order has been submitted in Firstbase but has not yet been processed by our team. |
Processing | Order is currently being processed /fulfilled by Firstbase, either through the relevant Warehouse Team or through the Procurement Team for drop shipping. |
Ordered Not Shipped | Order has been processed with the supplier, but tracking information has not yet been provided to us. This status does not necessarily indicate that the order has not been shipped, but just that we do not have tracking information. |
Shipped | All items in the order have been shipped. |
Partially Shipped | Some items in an order are shipped. |
Declined | Order has been declined by an admin. |
Cancelled | Order has been cancelled. |
Completed | All order items have been delivered. |
