If you'd like to see all Zendesk tickets for your user, either that you've filed, or that you've been cc'ed on, you can do so directly in Zendesk by doing the following:

Visit our main support content page: https://support.firstbase.com/hc/en-us

Click sign in in the top right corner

Sign up for an account

You'll receive an email to create your account's password to the email address provided.

You should then be able to see all tickets that have been filed with that email account or for which it has been cc’ed on. Log in at any time and keep track of your relevant tickets.
