Release Notes - March 2024

We launched the ability to add Asset Tags to your inventory items. An asset tag is a digital label you can assign to asset records in Firstbase to help organize and track them easily. It simplifies finding and managing assets based on criteria you define.

 

To access asset tags, you can navigate to the "Asset Management" section of your Firstbase app, and you will see a "Tags" column as well as a "Tag" filter. There, you can edit/remove tags as necessary. 

 

Tags are included in the asset export details and are also available via the inventory API. 

 

 

2. HiBob Integration

We launched the ability for admins to onboard, offboard and update their employee records automatically when these are created, offboarded, or updated in HiBob.

3. UKG Pro Integration

We launched the ability for admins to onboard, offboard and update their employee records automatically when these are created, offboarded, or updated in UKG Pro.

4. BambooHR Update Integration

We launched the ability for admins to update their employee records automatically when these are updated in BambooHR. The main benefit this provides is the ability to keep employee addresses up to date as they are changed in BambooHR.
