When/ how often does the UKG Pro onboarding integration run?
The workflow runs every 3 hours.
The workflow triggers based on the following criteria being met:

- The user has all the necessary details for Firstbase to create the user and assign a package. This includes first and last name, primary email address, country, employment type, and department or division.

Can we skip creating part time users?
Yes. We can use a field in UKG Pro called "fullTimeOrPartTimeCode" variable to skip creating certain users.
To do this, you must follow these steps:
- Configure your employment type settings within your UKG Pro workflow in Firstbase to exclude/include only the right employment types (see screenshot below).
- n this case, UKG Pro's fullTimeOrPartTimeCode vairable returns an F (for full time) or a P (for part time employees).
- If you wish to include, exclude either of these groups, add F or P in the exclusion logic.

Can I map my packages using a field different from Department?
Not yet. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you are interested in this option.

Will I get any notification of the user onboarding?
Yes, you'll receive a notification for any of the following:
- Successful offboarding
- Error onboarding a user - This error may happen for multiple reasons and will specify the cause. For example, the country was not available for the user.

Can I temporarily pause my integration?
Yes, simply click "Stop" next to the recipe and restart it when you like!

My package assignment logic is complex. Can I create users without assigning a package and do so manually?
Yes. Use the "UKG Pro - Onboard user without package" workflow to create a user without a package via the integration.

I am getting an error when I try connecting my UKG Pro account in Firstbase's integration hub
In some cases, you may get the above error when you try connecting your UKG Pro account. This error is usually due to either being in incognito/private mode or blocking all 3rd party cookies in your browser. To address this, try enabling all cookies in your preferred browser. Example:
- Google Chrome: Enable all cookies. Note that Google Chrome blocks third-party cookies in Incognito mode by default. If loading a page with the Workato IFrame in Incognito, select Allow all cookies in your Chrome Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and other site data.
- Apple Safari: Disable 'Prevent cross-site tracking' in Settings > Privacy.

Offboarding

When/ how often does the UKG Pro offboarding integration run?
The offboarding workflow triggers based on the following criteria being met:

- A user is terminated in UKG Pro.
- The user is active in Firstbase.

Will I get any notification of the user offboarding?
Yes, you'll receive a notification for any of the following:
- Successful offboarding
- Error offboarding a user
- Error finding the user with a specific email

Can I temporarily pause my integration?
Yes, simply click "Stop" next to the recipe and restart it when you like!
Updating

What user information is updated via the integration?
The following information can be updated: First Name, Last Name, Personal Email, Phone Number and Address Details including Street Address, City, Region/State and Country.

Can I reactivate users via the integration?
Not yet. You can create new users, but reactivating users must be done manually in the Firstbase app.
