UKG Pro - Offboarding Setup Instructions

The UKG Pro Offboarding workflow triggers based on the following criteria being met:

• A user is terminated in UKG Pro.
• The user is not yet offboarded in Firstbase.
  

The integration runs every 3 hours. It may take up to that amount of time for changes to reflect in Firstbase.

Follow the steps below to set up the integration between Firstbase and UKG Pro so you can automate your employee offboarding process.

Note: Please contact your account manager to turn on integrations in Firstbase if you don't have access yet to this integration.

1. Connect to UKG Pro in Firstbase using your account details.

• Go to Firstbase.
• Click on Settings - Integrations on the left navigation bar.
• Select the UKG Pro Integration.

2. Connect to your UKG Pro Account (Skip if you turned ON already via Onboarding)

If you haven't connected your UKG Pro account yet, follow steps #1 and #2 here. 

3. Start your offboarding integration!

You are all set. You can start your offboarding integration now!
