1. Where and when can I reactivate a person?
You can reactivate a person through the person’s profile. The following conditions must be true:
- Person status is either
Offboarding
orInactive
- (if applicable) The offboarding return order status is not
Processing
2. What happens when I reactivate a person?
When you click on “Reactivate person,” a confirmation modal is displayed, explaining what happens after the person is reactivated. When you reactivate the person:
- The person status reverts back to what it was before they were offboarded. It could be either
Invited
orActive
- (if applicable) The return order associated with the offboarding gets automatically cancelled.
3. Where, when and how can I delete a person?
You can delete a person through the person’s profile via clicking on the contextual menu in the alert at the top of the person's profile, and selecting "Delete person". The person status must be either Offboarding
or Inactive
.
4. What happens when I delete a person?
When you select "Delete person," a confirmation modal appears. This modal explains the consequences of deleting a person. Upon deletion:
- The person's profile is removed from the platform.
- All the person's Personally Identifiable Information (PII) outside of their profile is obfuscated. This includes the person's first name, last name, email addresses and physical addresses.
5. What happens to the assigned assets, orders, returns, and replacements when a person is deleted?
When a person is deleted, their asset records, orders, returns, and replacements are not removed from the platform. However, all of the person's PII is obfuscated.
6. Does the person receive an email or a notification when they're reactivated/deleted?
No, no notifications are sent when a person's profile is reactivated or deleted.
