How can I assign equipment between parties (office to office, person to person, person to office, etc)?
To assign specific equipment to a person or office, or to reassign them between individuals or office locations, follow these simple steps:

From the homepage, go to the "Asset Management" tab.

Click on "All inventory items".

Locate the equipment you wish to update and click on the pencil icon next to the assignee's name.

In the assignee form, choose whether you want to assign the item to a person or an office location.

Select the desired person or office location.

Click on "Change Assignee" to finalize the assignment.
Please note the following:

If an inventory item is part of an active order or return order, the assignee functionality will be disabled for these items.

When an inventory item is assigned from a person to an office location, its status changes from "Deployed" to "Available".

Similarly, when an item is assigned from an office location to a person, the status changes from "Available" to "Deployed".
