What is the Usage & Fees Dashboard?
The Usage & Fees Dashboard allows you to see your usage and seat details by month and region, along with granular details on the types of usage each month (e.g. five expedited orders, 25 standard orders).
The dashboard will help you answer questions like: "How much have I spent in actions in US per month across the past year"? or "How many seats have I used worldwide per month"?
What Information can I see in the dashboard?
You'll be able to see information on:
- Your Action usage per region and month.
- How this has varied over the previous 12 months.
- Your Seats usage across all regions.
- How this has varied over the previous 12 months.
- Details on the different types of usages incurred per month.
I don't see information for a given month, why is that the case?
If there is no information available, it may be due to two things:
- You may not have had any usage that month.
- The data hasn't been fully loaded into our system. In some cases, this is due to us spending time validating all your invoice details before making them accessible via the dashboard.
Will this align with my invoices each month?
Yes. This should be aligned with the invoices you receive each month.
