Overview
The ServiceNow - Firstbase Asset Management integration allows you to track Firstbase Assets in ServiceNow. It will capture any newly created asset or any update to an existing asset in Firstbase and make the corresponding updates in ServiceNow.
Use Cases Supported
1. Tracking Firstbase Assets Created/Updated, in ServiceNow
This workflow focuses on tracking all assets created or updated in Firstbase in a ServiceNow instance.
The workflow triggers when assets items are created or updated after a specified time (usually up to 5 mins.).
When it runs, it will concretely:
- Creates a vendor in ServiceNow called Firstbase - firstbase.com. for any asset tracked via Firstbase.
- Create any new asset that was created in Firstbase, but does not yet exist in ServiceNow.
- Update any asset that has been updated in Firstbase, but has not yet been updated in ServiceNow.
- Create Firstbase Warehouse Locations, and assign any corresponding asset to these locations.
How does it work?
Once connected, the ServiceNow Integration will run and your assets will start to populate or update in ServiceNow.
